We offer both group and one-on-one coaching, consulting, and training. Our groups are small enough to allow for comfort in sharaing problems that need to be worked through, but large enough to gain knowledge and experience from other people who are in, or have been in, similar situations. In one-on-one settings our clients work directly with Brian, often on regularly scheduled Zoom meetings, and also in-person when that is appropriate.

Much of the early efficiencies come from the clarity we are able to establish with our clients. This has a direct impact on the operation as a whole. A tremendous amount of efficiency also comes from improved understanding, comprehension, and participation from the team. Less warranty work, duplicated efforts, and customer dissatisfaction leads to obvious improvements in efficiency. And a great deal of efficiency comes from the business owner or operator being able to comfortably delegate tasks and decisions they should not have to be making.

We mostly work with clients in service-based businesses, ranging from medical services (like chiropractic, veterinary, and boutique medical), to professional services (like accounting, IT, and marketing), to home services and construction (like the trades and home repair).

This really depends on the nature of the challenges you are facing. Clients often see dramatic improvement on their financials. It is common for clients to be equally, or even more, excited about improvements in team continuity, communication, buy-in, and participation from employees. In all cases, clients express a reduction of stress, frustration, and feeling stuck as a result of the growth and progress they make.
